Prior to joining MaRS, Manda led operations and delivery for boutique employer brand agency Blu Ivy Group during a period of exponential growth. At Blu Ivy, she consulted leading North American organizations on employer brand, culture and talent strategy and built award-winning employer brand campaigns. As an employer brand consultant, Manda grew her expertise as an integrator of HR and marketing practices to meet the demands of innovative HR in today’s world of work.
